Pavlos heads the Joffe & Associés Los Angeles office and advises clients — particularly French nationals and European companies — on every aspect of entering the U.S. market: entity formation, international employee transfers, and commercial contract negotiation.
When French nationals or European companies need M&A counsel, entity structuring, or complex transactional work to establish or grow their U.S. presence, Pavlos refers that work to Amanda. The relationship runs both ways — Amanda refers international and cross-border matters to Joffe's Paris and London offices when her clients' deals cross European lines.
A member of the California Bar, Pavlos advises clients in Europe — particularly France — and the United States on all business law matters, with a focus on companies moving into the U.S. market: entity creation and structuring, international employee transfers, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
Pavlos also specializes in arbitration and cross-border litigation, supported by the Joffe Paris and London offices.
His current client base spans energy, military, video games, construction, shipping, sports, luxury goods, telecommunications, retail, and financial services.
