Paracuellos Law Group is looking for a skilled transactional real estate attorney

• Full time
• Experience working in real estate transactional practice of AmLaw 100 or 200 law firm  
• CA-bar membership required
• 100% remote/work from home position
• Broad legal transactional skill set and ability to manage the legal aspects of a sophisticated commercial real estate transaction from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Substantial experience with either real estate fund formation/representation and/or finance is preferred
• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience level
